Howdy! Howdy! Howdy!
Welcome to the maiden voyage of the Renegade Fence LLC blog! I never thought I'd one day be writing about fences... But here I am! And let's be honest, on the surface, "fencing" doesn't sound like the most exciting topic on planet Earth. My goal here is to create something that's at least mildly entertaining and worthwhile to read. My hope is that you came here looking for fencing solutions and leave with a good laugh or some new perspective in mind.
That said, allow me to introduce myself! I am William A. Banner, the founder and CEO of Renegade Fence, LLC! (Full disclosure, at the time of writing, I'm a one-man army but it makes me feel important to put "CEO" out there)! I'm a former Marine Corps Scout Sniper and present husband and father. I served in the Marine Corps infantry from 2006-2014. Family life and combat deployments don't mix too well so I got out. I started building fences in 2017 and have been doing it off and on up until now.
I’m also currently a student at Boise State University, working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Professional Studies (IPS). My degree is essentially a build your own adventure story aimed at entrepreneurship. I study leadership, business, and content creation. I'm all over the map, so if you came here looking for fencing, you might leave with some wild ideas related to something totally different! I'm also a member of the Veteran Entrepreneur Alliance and an advocate for Veteran mental health (and wellbeing for all!). In true Renegade spirit, I refuse to turn on the AI content mill and crank out an infinite stream of "3 tips to fix your fence!" posts! Chat GPT might help me with some grammar and SEO suggestions here and there, but rest assured, this is MY authentic voice! Every word gets signed off by me! And if you feel like giving me some actual work to do instead of sitting here yacking on about life, the universe, and everything; then please hop on over and fill out our estimate request form to get the ball rolling on that fence that I know you came here to get taken care of! (Sorry, I had to do it! It would be irresponsible for me NOT to have a call to action down here!) So yeah—thanks for dropping in. I’m glad you’re here and I hope you enjoy whatever the hell I'm rambling on about today!
